We are a hospitality company

Hospitality is difficult to define, but it is easy to recognize. In short, we do not have customers. We have guests. We treat them as such.


One definition of hospitality is to deliver excellent service with a warm, caring, and positive attitude. 


The word company has many meanings. In terms of a hospitality company, it is worth noting that one of the definitions of company is guests.


At Grant’s Experience Company, we also think of ourselves like a theater company. We are all artists committed to putting on an amazing performance for our audience, the guests. As such, our company does not have employees. It has members.
